Burning Bridges AI Terms of Service

Terms for using Burning Bridges AI photo-to-video generation and paid features.

Last updated: 2026-10-14

Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of Burning Bridges AI at burning-bridges-ai.art. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old.

The Service

Burning Bridges AI turns uploaded photos into AI-generated videos using selected templates and third-party AI models. Results are probabilistic and may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected details. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, output, processing time, or continuous availability. Features may change, with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts and Uploaded Content

You are responsible for account security and activities carried out through your account. Notify support@burning-bridges-ai.art of suspected unauthorized access.

You must have the rights and necessary consent to upload and process your images, including permission from identifiable people depicted. You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us and our service providers the permission needed to process it and deliver the requested service. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection; you are responsible for reviewing them before use or publication.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following six categories are prohibited in uploaded material, generation requests, and generated outputs:

  1. Pornography and NSFW content: nudity intended for sexual gratification, pornography, sexually explicit acts, sexual services, fetish content, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, extreme gore, glorification of violence, and content encouraging violent attacks or terrorism.
  3. Hate speech and discrimination: content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening, or inciting hatred or violence against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected characteristic.
  4. Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors (including synthetic or fictional depictions), grooming, and content depicting or encouraging the abuse, endangerment, or exploitation of children.
  5. Harmful deepfakes and impersonation: using another person's face, likeness, or voice without the necessary permission to deceive, defraud, harass, or damage their reputation; non-consensual sexual deepfakes; and falsely presenting generated media as a real person's authentic statement or conduct. Obtain consent from identifiable people in uploaded images.
  6. Other unlawful or rights-infringing content: fraud, scams, illegal goods or activities, privacy violations or disclosure of personal information without permission, copyright or trademark infringement, and material that facilitates criminal conduct.

Do not bypass safeguards, submit prohibited material for testing, or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions. User confirmation of image rights does not authorize prohibited content.

Content moderation and enforcement

The platform uses product-controlled generation prompts, requires users to confirm permission to use their uploaded image, and submits generation requests with the upstream provider's safety checks enabled. Provider screening can reject unsafe requests; it is not a guarantee that every violation will be detected. We do not claim that every image or video receives human review before generation or delivery.

Task and account records allow us to investigate reports and relevant provider safety failures. We review reported incidents, may request additional context, and may restrict or remove content under our control, decline or stop requests where technically possible, warn users, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. Where legally required, we preserve relevant records and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Content hosted by a third party may require action by that provider.

Reporting abuse and appeals

Email support@burning-bridges-ai.art with the subject Content abuse report. Include the task ID or content URL, a description of the suspected violation, and supporting information you can lawfully share. You do not need an account to report abuse. People whose likeness or rights are affected may report directly. Do not email illegal sexual material involving children; provide identifiers or links instead.

We investigate reports and take action according to the available evidence and severity. To appeal an account restriction or content decision, email the same address with the relevant task or account reference and your explanation. Reports and appeals are handled by support; there is no guarantee of continuous monitoring or a particular outcome.

Payments and Credits

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD, with no automatic renewal. The available packs are 50 credits for $9.90, 105 credits for $19.90, and 160 credits for $29.90. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are consumed when you submit generation requests. Applicable taxes and the final charge are shown by the payment processor.

Payment-card details are handled by the chosen payment processor, including Waffo Pancake for Waffo checkout. Do not send us card numbers or security codes. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except for an eligible refund described below.

Refund Policy

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, monetary refunds are available only for confirmed duplicate charges or non-delivery. There is no general change-of-mind or unused-credit refund entitlement.

Eligible monetary refunds

  • Duplicate charges: if the same purchase was charged more than once, we refund the verified duplicate payment. Separately authorized purchases are not duplicate charges.
  • Non-delivery: if a payment was successfully collected but the purchased credits or paid entitlement were not delivered, contact support. We first investigate and attempt to complete delivery. If we cannot provide the purchased entitlement, we refund the amount attributable to the undelivered entitlement. A generation still processing, a temporary delay, or a recoverable technical error is not by itself confirmed non-delivery.

Cases that are not eligible

A correctly delivered purchase is not refundable solely because you changed your mind, no longer need the service, have unused credits, selected the wrong product or settings, or are dissatisfied with the subjective artistic result of a successfully delivered generation. Used credits and successfully provided services are not refundable on those grounds. Free or promotional credits have no cash refund value. Restrictions for violating the AUP do not by themselves create a refund entitlement; duplicate-charge, non-delivery, and mandatory legal rights still apply.

Failed generation: credit restoration, not a cash refund

When a generation is confirmed as failed, the service returns the credits deducted for that task. An unconfirmed submission may require investigation; do not repeatedly resubmit it. This credit restoration is separate from a monetary refund. If purchased access or credits remain undelivered and cannot be supplied, the non-delivery rule above applies.

How to request a refund

Email support@burning-bridges-ai.art with the subject Refund request. Include your account email, order number, payment date and amount, and evidence of the duplicate charge or missing delivery. Never include full card numbers, security codes, or passwords.

We verify the payment and delivery records and inform you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment processor; bank and processor processing times vary. Any credits or access corresponding to the refunded amount are removed to prevent double use. A support request alone does not confirm approval or completion. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

AI Model Disclosure

The photo-to-video generator is configured to use Seedance 2.0, a ByteDance model accessed through fal.ai. The model endpoint is bytedance/seedance-2.0/reference-to-video. Uploaded images and generation instructions are sent to this provider to process your request. Burning Bridges AI supplies the templates, interface, order and credit management; it does not claim to have developed the underlying model.

Optional generated audio, where enabled, is produced through this same model endpoint. Outputs are AI-generated and may contain visual or audio artifacts. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, a particular likeness, or exact synchronization. Consult the Privacy Policy for data handling. We will update this disclosure when the model used by the service changes.

Intellectual Property

The service's software, branding, and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms grant permission to use the service, not ownership of its software or branding. You remain responsible for the lawful use of uploaded and generated content.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or security risks. You may stop using the service and contact support to request account deletion. Any retention of records is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and Contact

We may revise these terms and update the date above. Material changes will be announced through the service where appropriate.
